On ‘Manage Agents’ page, under ‘Agent’s Access’ tab, you will find ‘ACA Export’ option
By default, system will display the ACA Export column checked for all agents
The agency must uncheck ‘ACA Export’ column to stop the agent from exporting ACA dashboard data
‘ACA Export’ option will not be available for agents who have not completed their ID Verification. For such agents, the agency cannot give permission to export the data
